HLUHLUWE / ST LUCIA

Duration: 2 days/ 1 night (NOTE: TOUR CAN BE CUSTOMIZED FOR A LONGER PERIOD IF DESIRED)

Day 1: We drive to Zululand, passing sugar cane fields and forest plantations. This is followed by a full day’s worth of game viewing in Hluhluwe-Umfolozi. There is a wide variety of bird-life and many species of animals including the famous white rhino. Your lunch, dinner and overnight stay is at the Hilltop camp, which is located high up on the edge of a steep forested slope. There is a great view of the Game Reserve from here.

Day 2: Game viewing is during early morning. Breakfast is at the camp followed by a trip to St Lucia. After lunch, there is a boat trip on the estuary, where you see Nile crocodile, hippo and many different bird types.
